Can's Club

The Club

The city, nature and a life without leaving them behind.

A circle of people in Madrid who refuse the small compromise of leaving the dog at home, and who would rather do fewer things, better, in good company.

City × nature

Two appetites, one life.

Madrid gives us tables, galleries, courtyards and long evenings. An hour away the landscape gives us silence, water, granite and cold air. Most people choose one and visit the other on holiday.

The Club is built on the belief that both belong in the same year, the same friendships and the same weekend—and that the dog beside you makes each of them more alive, not more complicated.

Who gathers here

Described by attitude.

People who plan around them

The dog is not an obstacle to the weekend. The dog is why the weekend is worth doing.

People with taste and patience

They notice how a table is set, how a host handles a difficult moment, how a place treats an animal.

People who show up

A community only exists if the same faces return. Members are chosen partly for that.

Standards

Care, discretion, conduct.

Every venue is asked, never assumed

We only publish an experience once the venue has agreed, in writing, to welcome dogs on the terms we describe.

Wellbeing sets the limit

Group size, heat, terrain, duration and temperament are assessed for each format. If it is not good for the dogs, it does not happen.

Discretion is assumed

What is said at the table stays there. Photography at member rituals is by consent only.

Hosting is a craft

Each gathering has a host whose only job is that nobody—human or dog—is left on the edge of the room.

Selection protects the experience

We accept a limited number of members each season, with a welcome assessment for the dog. Selection is about fit and care, not status.

Experiences create desire. Curation creates trust. Relationships create retention.
